Do not use on irritated skin; on any area that is infected or reddened; on moles; on birthmarks; on warts with hair growing from them; on genital warts; on warts on the face; on warts on mucous membranes such as inside the mouth, nose, anus, genitals, lips. Ask a doctor before use if you have diabetes; poor blood circulation. When using this product avoid contact with eyes; if product gets into the eye, flush with water for 15 minutes. Stop use and ask a doctor if discomfort persists. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison control center right away.

 One that Works, 2008-01-14
Works better than other OTC wart meds because it has higher percentage of the acidic compound that kills warts. I got my wart from a student, and it multiplied. Had a couple frozen by doctor after the first OTC solution did nothing...but that was painful and blistered...and didn't get rid of them entirely! My wife had me try this one (Compound W Max. Strength) which was a little more expensive than the one I had used. It works!! I did something that the hospital recommended, and that was to apply it a night and put strong duct tape on top. I also did my own little thing, which was to let the solution work for about 10 minutes and then press on the duct tape for a minute or two, which would give an extra burn feel to the wart area. Then, each morning, the hospital said to sort of 'rip' off the duct tape. I would apply for a couple of days in a row, then let the skin dry out to where I could peel off a little skin (make sure to wash hands afterwards), then restart the process of applying the Compound W until you no longer see any trace of warts (even stretch the skin around the area to see if anything remains below the top layers of the skin). The doctor prescribed me an oral medication, but I didn't want to take it...luckly Compound W came to the rescue...my only regret is not using the brand most famous for curing warts right from the start.
